VideoVulcan Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Android app VideoVulcan, operated by Snippai LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using VideoVulcan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VideoVulcan. VideoVulcan is offered in the United States only for now and is not available where U.S. sanctions prohibit use.

2. Account and deletion

You create an account with Google Sign-In. Browsing the showreel does not require an account; sign-in happens when you first tap Mint My Movie. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or use the web instructions at /legal/videovulcan/delete-account.

  • Deletion removes generated movies and any remaining uploaded photos within 30 days.
  • Unused Mints are forfeited, and any job in progress is cancelled without refund of that Mint.
  • Deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel subscriptions in Google Play.

3. Your content and rights

You own the movies you generate. Commercial use is allowed. You give Snippai LLC a limited license to store, process, transmit, and moderate your photos, prompts, and movies only to operate VideoVulcan, enforce these Terms, and send required data to the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

Uploaded photos are temporary by design and are deleted after 30 days. Final movies are kept until you delete them or your account, where supported by the app flow.

4. Your warranties

When you upload photos, you promise that you have all rights needed to use them, including consent from every recognizable person in them. If photos include children, you promise that you are an adult with authority to consent on the child's behalf.

  • Do not upload images that show minors in sexual, suggestive, or dangerous contexts.
  • Do not upload photos of real people without consent.
  • Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes someone else's rights.

5. Payment and Mints

  • Mints are consumable credits purchased through Google Play. One Mint equals one movie.
  • Every new account gets one free Mint, one per Google account and per device.
  • Subscription Mints expire at the end of each billing month. Purchased packs do not expire while your account is active.
  • Each movie includes one free re-roll. It is not a Mint and has no cash value.
  • No refunds are provided for delivered movies. If a movie fails on our side, moderation blocks your photos before rendering, or service capacity blocks the job, the Mint is returned automatically.
  • Google Play handles purchase refunds. If a purchase is refunded, unspent Mints from that purchase are removed.

6. AI disclosure

Every movie VideoVulcan produces is AI-generated video. The app labels generated movies, and exported files carry a visible AI-generated · VideoVulcan watermark and an embedded metadata tag. Do not remove or hide the disclosure.

7. Prohibited uses

  • Impersonation, harassment, doxxing, or deepfakes of real people without consent.
  • CSAM, non-consensual sexual content, or content sexualizing minors.
  • Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
  • Trying to bypass moderation or daily limits, extract prompts, or reverse-engineer the pipeline.
  • Reselling generated content as human-made without disclosing that it is AI-generated.
  • Automated or scripted use, bots, farms, or using several accounts or devices to get extra free Mints.

8. Moderation and termination

Uploaded photos are screened before rendering. If screening cannot clearly pass the photos, they are rejected. We may remove content or terminate accounts for policy violations.

9. Assumption of Risk & No Warranty

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF VIDEOVULCAN IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. VideoVulcan, including all AI-generated movies, scripts, shot plans, Mints, queues, and app features, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, or completeness.

Snippai LLC makes no warranty that VideoVulcan will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, produce accurate or usable movies, or be available at any particular time. Render times vary and jobs may wait in a queue during busy periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNIPPAI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER arising out of or related to VideoVulcan, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or revenue; service interruption; data loss; AI output errors; moderation decisions; purchase or Mint issues; or claims arising from generated movies.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory, and regardless of whether Snippai LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, Snippai LLC's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for VideoVulcan.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snippai LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of VideoVulcan, your content, your generated movies, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Third-Party Services

VideoVulcan uses third-party services listed in the Privacy Policy, including Google, RevenueCat, AI providers, and push notification services. Snippai LLC is not responsible for third-party service terms, pricing, availability, changes, security or privacy practices, or output generated by third-party AI models.

13. Termination

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, legal risk, abuse, fraud, or safety concerns. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising out of or relating to VideoVulcan are subject to mandatory individual arbitration and a class-action waiver on the same dispute-resolution terms incorporated by the Snippbot Terms of Service from Marketplace Terms of Service Section 16. Any dispute that is not subject to those arbitration provisions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Snippai LLC regarding VideoVulcan and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications about the app.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be shown in the app and by email when email is available on your account.
