This page applies to the Android app VideoVulcan, operated by Snippai LLC.
Option 1: in the app
- Open VideoVulcan.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
Option 2: web deletion page
If you no longer have the app, use the live VideoVulcan account deletion page:
Open VideoVulcan deletion page
The page asks you to sign in with the Google account you used in VideoVulcan, then runs the same deletion cascade as the in-app flow.
Email fallback
If the app and web page are unavailable, email [email protected] from the Google account you used in VideoVulcan with the subject Delete my VideoVulcan account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and Google sign-in link.
- Your generated movies, thumbnails, portraits, and source uploads.
- Sessions, jobs, upload rows, portrait rows, and reroll grants tied to your account.
- Your notification token.
- Unused Mints are forfeited, including subscription, free, and purchased Mints.
What we keep
- One-way hashed free-Mint dedupe records for your Google account and device. They are kept only to prevent repeated free-Mint claims and are not linked to an account.
- Anonymized ledger, moderation, and RevenueCat event records for accounting, audit, and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Server logs for up to 14 days.
Timing
Uploaded photos are deleted 30 days after upload. Account deletion removes movies and any remaining photos within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play Subscriptions.
