Delete DecorMuse Data

This page applies to the Android app DecorMuse, operated by Snippai LLC. DecorMuse has no login; data is tied to an anonymous install id and a data reference shown in the app.

Option 1: in the app

  1. Open DecorMuse.
  2. Go to You → Delete account & data.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Option 2: email request

If you no longer have the app flow available, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my DecorMuse data. Include the data ID shown on the app's You tab. It looks like DM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Support uses that data reference with DecorMuse's ops deletion endpoint. The data reference is one-way and is not a credential.

What gets deleted

  • Room photos and inspiration images, if not already removed by the standard 30-day upload deletion.
  • Generated renders, edit history, and share images on our servers.
  • Design boards you saved live on your phone. Deleting in the app removes them; so does uninstalling DecorMuse. An emailed request can't reach your phone.
  • Reports linked to your install.
  • Unused credits are forfeited and any round in progress is cancelled.

What we keep

  • Anonymized purchase and credit records may be kept for accounting.
  • Server logs may be kept for up to 14 days.

Timing

DecorMuse completes deletion within 30 days. Installs with no activity are also purged after 90 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play Subscriptions.
